In July I went to a BANKSY exhibition in Bristol at the Bristol museum. At first I loved it, you were greeted by these mimics of greek sculptures and this really cool but grubby ice cream van and a police officer riding a fairground horse but I felt that he could have done something new. His political ideas are really good and influence a lot of people to go out there and express their feelings towards the world, but now there getting more easier to reconise and to understand. Before I liked it how you would have to study a drawing to know what the meaning ment but now it's not the same, (DO SOMETHING NEW!) But I can't complain as he is a brilliant artist with good ideas but he could explore a new topic! He did have these amazing moving sculptures. Animals and CCTV cameras in cages doing bizzare things for example a rabbit putting on make up which ment cruelty towards animal testings . . . OBVIOUS! and these wiggling sausages and chicken nuggets dipping themselves in ketchup. It was worth seeing though for free and I would suggest to people to go and check it out but if it's to late here is a link so you get an idea what it was all about and what was in it.
